Aerosol Generator Fire Extinguishers

Aerosol generator technologies can be used in various application areas to suppress and prevent A, B, C, and E class fires.

Rapid Response Time: It has a fast response time that activates immediately when a fire is detected, thereby speeding up fire control.

Eco-Friendly: It is an eco-friendly fire safety system with minimal residues. It does not harm the ozone layer and has no impact on global warming. It is certified for use in environments with human presence.

Wide Range of Applications: It offers solutions for a wide range of settings, from offices to industrial facilities and electrical systems.

Effective Cooling: It reduces the environmental temperature during a fire, minimizing the risk of fire spread and providing a cooling effect.

SHELF LIFE IS 15 YEARS

NEW GENERATION TECHNOLOGY IN FIRE SUPPRESSION

What is Aerosol Reactor?

Aerosol fire suppressors are a revolutionary, effective, state-of-the-art, and eco-friendly option in fire safety solutions. Developed with the support of scientists from the US Navy and Air Force, they are “3rd Generation Fire Suppressors”. They do not harm the environment or leave residues after use.

Our aerosol suppressors meet the toughest performance standards and MIL-SPECS required by the defense market.

Submicron-sized active ingredient particles disrupt the chain reaction of oxidizing substances. Metal ions that decompose and evaporate in the extinguishing aerosol, or cations that lose electrons, can interact with active groups in combustion, repeatedly consuming large amounts of active material. They reduce burning free radicals and both extinguish and suppress the fire.

How Does It Work?

The four elements of combustion are: combustibles, oxidizers, heat, and unimpeded chain reactions. The fire extinguishing mechanism of aerosol fire suppression systems aims to eliminate one or more of these four combustion elements.

Aerosol fire suppression generators contain a solid fire extinguishing agent. Since the body of the generator is not a pressurized container, it does not require inspection or control.

The generator is activated by a current. The solid material quickly undergoes a redox reaction and forms an aerosol. The composition of this aerosol mainly consists of N2 and a small amount of CO2 with active ingredient particles. The resulting nitrogen provides cooling, cools the flame, and absorbs heat to suppress the fire.

Technicial Specifications

According to the results of the risk analysis performed by our competent engineers, autonomous or scenario-based fire suppression solutions can be created for land, sea and railway vehicles, as well as buildings, facilities and strategically important locations, equipment and stations.

Compact Design: Due to their compact design, aerosol suppressors have an effective fire suppression capacity even in confined spaces.

Maintenance Ease: Compared to traditional extinguishers, it requires almost zero maintenance. It does not contain a pressurized container. No piping, cylinder revision, cylinder filling, or cylinder pressure testing is needed.

Flexible Installation: These extinguishers, which are simple to install, can be easily integrated into different environments. They do not require piping, nozzles, or full sealing, and their installation cost is low. If desired, they can be easily relocated.

Long Shelf Life: They maintain their effectiveness for up to 15 years, providing a long-term fire safety solution.

Compliance with Global Standards: Our aerosol fire suppression systems are designed, tested, and certified in accordance with international safety standards. (UL-2775) (EPA-SNAP Listed)
